My Kamen Rider henshin and finisher reaction kept giving me a new favorite. Black RX remains my favorite series and suit, Zero-One was the first Kamen Rider series I really got into, and the Magnum Boost sequence near the end of the compilation had me saying it took the crown. From classic Rider Kicks to wild modern transformations, the creativity is what kept me watching.
What up, everybody? It’s your boy Fatal Jay, and today we are getting into Kamen Rider transformations and finishing moves.
Now, Fatal Jay has a finisher too: making a cheeseburger disappear in one minute. But these Riders are working with a little more power than that.
If you grew up enjoying Power Rangers and you like colorful suits, dramatic transformations, monsters, and ridiculous finishing attacks, you will understand why I had so much fun with this compilation.

What does henshin mean in Kamen Rider?

Henshin means transformation. In Kamen Rider, it is the moment a character transforms into their Rider form, often with a pose, a device, and a distinctive sound or announcement.
The comparison I made in the video was Power Rangers morphing. If you understand that, you understand the basic idea. Kamen Rider has its own characters and style, but that transformation moment gives you the same feeling of, “Okay, now we are about to get into something.”
And these sequences have personality. Some get straight to the point. Others turn the whole process into a performance, with moving armor, music, effects, and announcements building up the reveal.
Half the fun is seeing what they are going to come up with next.
What is a Kamen Rider finisher?
A finisher is a signature finishing attack, usually delivered at the climax of a fight. The Rider Kick is one of the franchise’s most recognizable examples, but this compilation also showed punches, weapons, and other elaborate attacks.
You know that moment when the hero stops playing around and the villain is about to have a very bad day? That is what we are talking about.
One thing I noticed early in the reaction was how often the finishing move ended with a kick and an explosion.
Nothing wrong with that. That is dope.
The fun was seeing how many different ways the same basic idea could be presented. A leap, a pose, the impact, and then the explosion. It sounds simple until you watch these Riders keep finding another way to make it exciting.
The classic Rider Kicks still work

The older clips had me enjoying the action right away. The poses, the jumps, the explosions, and the commitment to the whole thing were a big part of the appeal.
I do not need every effect to look brand-new to enjoy it. Sometimes an old-school stunt and a good explosion are exactly what the scene needs.
That was my reaction as the compilation moved through Riders such as V3, X, Amazon, Stronger, Skyrider, and Super-1. The style changes, but the energy stays there.
Amazon especially got a reaction out of me. That dude was a savage. The attacks felt rougher, and the whole presentation stood out from the cleaner kick-and-explosion rhythm around it.
That variety is what makes watching these clips back-to-back so entertaining.
Kamen Rider Black RX is still my favorite
Black RX is my favorite Kamen Rider series and my favorite suit, as I said during the reaction.
I was already excited when Black showed up. Then Black RX came on, and I had to say it again: that is my favorite.
There is a difference between having a favorite series and deciding which individual finishing move just blew your mind. Black RX has that personal place for me, even when another Rider does something wild enough to take the lead in the moment.
That is why you will hear me change my mind throughout this video. I am reacting to what is happening on screen. I am not pretending I walked in with a permanent ranking already written down.
Why my number-one finisher kept changing

Every time I thought I had picked the winner, another Rider came along and did something ridiculous.
The Final Vent sequence had me calling out a new number one. Then the “Cast Off” transformation and the counted setup to a Rider Kick had me doing it again.
That is the kind of buildup I enjoy. The transformation gets your attention, the sound cues tell you something is coming, and then the move has to deliver.
Even when I thought some of the CGI looked rough, I could still appreciate the idea. A creative move can get me excited even if the effect is showing its age.
Then you get a dimension-themed kick, a Rider splitting apart, or a finisher that takes the action in a direction you were not expecting.
At that point, I said it myself: I have too many number ones.
Build made math look like a finishing move
One of the funniest moments in my reaction came during the RabbitTank sequence from Kamen Rider Build.
I liked the suit immediately. Then the mathematical imagery started becoming part of the attack, and I had to stop and appreciate what I was watching.
See, kids? Math does matter.
That is the kind of imagination I am talking about. You take something that does not sound like a superhero finishing move on paper and turn it into a visual that makes me lean forward.
It does not have to be the same punch or kick presented the same way every time. Give the character a theme and have some fun with it.
Zero-One was the first Kamen Rider series I really got into

Kamen Rider Zero-One was my entry point into really getting interested in the series. When its transformation came up in the compilation, I remembered it immediately.
That Rising Hopper sequence brought me right back. I also called the suit one of my favorites.
Black RX being my favorite and Zero-One being my starting point are two different things. One tells you where my interest began; the other tells you which series and look have that favorite spot for me.
If you are new to Kamen Rider, that is a useful way to approach this reaction. Notice which design or transformation catches your attention. That can give you a series to learn more about, without pretending a few clips are a complete review of its story.
Geats’ Magnum Boost sequence took the crown in the moment
Near the end, the Magnum Boost sequence had so much going on that I could barely finish reacting to one part before the next part started.
The gun. The bike. The changing configuration. The buildup to the finishing attack.
I was sitting there hoping the weapon would actually get used, and then the sequence kept adding more. By the time it finished, I said it had the crown and would be hard to beat.
That was my immediate reaction to the spectacle. It was not me declaring Kamen Rider Geats the best-written series or claiming I had watched its entire run.
For this video, I was reacting to henshin sequences and finishers. And that one gave me plenty to react to.
What makes a Kamen Rider transformation memorable to me?
Watching the compilation, I kept responding to a few things: a suit I wanted to look at, a transformation with personality, and a finishing move that did something unexpected.
The music matters too. There were moments where the sound alone helped sell what I was seeing.
Then there is the finish after the finish. I liked when a Rider slid through the landing instead of simply stopping. Those little touches make the attack feel like it has momentum.
Some of these ideas are wild. That is part of the fun. The video-game styling, the drums, the cards, the swordplay, and the vehicle themes all give you something different to enjoy.
That creativity had me saying how much I loved what I was watching. It is the kind of imagination that keeps a reaction video moving because there is always another surprise.

I came into the video ready to enjoy some transformations, and I ended up changing my favorite finishing move over and over again.
That tells you how much fun I had.
Black RX still has that favorite-series spot. Zero-One is where I first really got into it. And the newer sequences kept giving me another reason to say, “Okay, I have a new number one.”
